Chris LaFountain founded Win More RFPs after years of serving in proposal management roles with various employers. Throughout those 20 years, Chris has created, led, or served in proposal groups of all sizes, leading efforts that have earned more than $800 million in revenue. Among the entities to which Chris has delivered winning proposals include Dell Technologies; Thomson Reuters; the states of Ohio, Michigan, and Minnesota, multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield companies, and Bank of America.


Debbie Sidman has worked with Chris for several years. She has a keen ability to “convert” text and ideas into stunning, high-quality images that stimulate buyers toward a purchasing decision. Her background in book publishing lends itself well to proposal development, as she is adept at creating, or adhering to, a client’s templates, style sheets, and branding guides. Plus, she is very helpful when clients face a page count, using all the tricks in her design packages to make content fit with RFP instructions.
